New Board elected

You did very well people, we had a really great field of people who put themselves into the fray and I am always grateful for people who get involved. 

Brandon Emmett current Executive Board President; Lacy Wilcox, Legislative Liaison; Jana Weltzin Ancillary seat member, were all re-elected. They will serve three year terms.

New Members to the Executive Board are Caleb Saunders (MVCBA), Sarah Oates (ACBA and Ancillary member), and Trevor Haynes (FNSBAMIA) were the the three top vote earners and will be seated. Terms for the new At-Large Board seats will be determined randomly by the Executive Board. 


You will have a chance to interact and ask any questions of these new Executive Board members during the Statewide Call-in on Wednesday night at 7:15 pm.

If you want to be politically active with the Association then you might want to attend the Economic Development subcommittee of the MOA in Anchorage is going to be meeting this Thursday, 11 APRIL 2019 at 9 am at 4700 Elmore Road (Building Permit Building)  Room 170.

Your Association is going to be testifying and if you are a part of the licensees who are going for it in Anchorage, you should be there.


I am going to keep pushing the events for you and more is coming tomorrow, but the quick reminder is  the Alaskan Cannabis Expo at the Egan Center this Saturday. It's FREE admission and 10am to 6pm . There is also a 420 event at Settlers Bay and I'll post that info up too, it's a Trich Productions Event.
